Purpose of inspection: The purpose of the verification with the details of the documents is the grounds
for the execution of Order No. 193/pr of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated March 30, 2021, issued on the basis of instructions from the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation dated March 22, 2021, No. MX-P16-3531.
The tasks of the audit
are to verify the compliance of the Dobrolyubov 16 HOA with the mandatory requirements for posting information in the state information system of housing and communal services (hereinafter referred to as GIS Housing and communal services) provided for in paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1, 11.1 of Section 10 of Order No. 74 of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 114/pr dated February 29, 2016 "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the state information system of housing and communal services" (hereinafter referred to as the Information Composition).
