Purpose of inspection: This inspection is conducted in order to verify violations of the mandatory requirements of housing legislation in relation to an apartment building located at 6 Olkhovaya Street, Kangalassy district, Yakutsk, based on an appeal from citizens dated 2111/2016 17095 regarding the low air temperature in apartment 2. The objectives of this inspection are to prevent identify and suppress violations of the mandatory requirements established by housing legislation and to comply with the mandatory requirements for to be performed by persons engaged in the performance of maintenance services and or repair work on common property in an apartment building in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation
