Purpose of inspection: - this check is carried out in order to: monitor compliance by the license applicant with the provisions provided for in paragraphs 5, 6 of the Regulations on Licensing activities for the Transportation of Passengers and Other Persons by Buses, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 07.10.2020 No. 1616;
- the objectives of this audit are: to verify the completeness and reliability of information about the license applicant contained in the application submitted by LLC "Valley of Waterfalls" dated 05/17/2021 (ex. No. 39 dated 05/28/2021) and the documents attached thereto, given in relation to LLC "Valley of Waterfalls" in an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the provisions of parts 1 and 3 Articles 13 of Federal Law No. 99-FZ dated 05/04/2011 "On Licensing of certain types of Activities", as well as information available in the Northern MUGADN;
- to classify an activity into a certain risk category, calculate the risk indicator (points) based on the criteria for classifying the activities of licensees into risk categories in accordance with the appendix to the Regulation on Licensing Activities for the Transportation of Passengers and Other Persons by buses.
