Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out in order to: verify compliance with the requirements of the regulation dated 02/17/2020 No. 519-03/03-01-04/01 issued to the developer, TD Stalprom LLC, as well as for the purpose of assessing the compliance of the work performed and the building materials used during the construction process, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the approved design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities, which are not subject to energy efficiency requirements) and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for used energy resources, the availability of a construction permit, and compliance with the requirements established by parts 2, 3, and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation.
The task of the audit is to monitor compliance with the requirements of urban planning legislation and approved project documentation.
