Purpose of inspection: This check is carried out for the purpose of:
reviewing the application of the owner of the premises in house No. 88/25 on the avenue. Lenin in Onega, Onega district of the Arkhangelsk region, sent by the Onega Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office, (order No. 402/zh-2864 dated 04/19/2021) to verify the fulfillment of mandatory requirements for the procedure for spending funds generated from contributions to the overhaul of common property in an apartment building, credited to a special account and ensuring the safety of these funds, verification of the targeted expenditure of the capital repair fund.
The objectives of this audit are:
to verify the fulfillment of mandatory requirements for the procedure for spending funds and targeted spending of funds generated from contributions for major repairs of common property in apartment building No. 88/25 on the avenue. Lenin Street in Onega, Onega district, Arkhangelsk region, credited to a special account, the owner of which was determined by HOA "Khokhlinka"
