Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to: comply with the requirements of federal legislation provided for by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated 07.21.2014 "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services", Order No. 74/114/pr of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation dated 06/29/2016 "On Approval of the Composition, Timing and Frequency of Information Posting in the state information system of housing and communal services" by a legal entity whose main activity is the management of the operation of housing stock for remuneration or on a contractual basis in connection with the received automatic GIS request for violations of the timing and frequency of information placement No. 92-2021-2 dated 01/03/2021, an information message from the GIS housing and communal services operator dated 12/08/2020.
The objectives of this audit are to identify and prevent violations of housing legislation.
