Purpose of inspection: This audit is carried out in order to: comply with the mandatory requirements established by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated 07/21/2014 "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services", Order No. 74 of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation dated 06/29/2016 No. 114/pr "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement in the State information system of housing and communal services" in terms of completeness and reliability of information placement in the system established by law.
The objectives of this audit are: to identify and suppress violations of housing legislation and legislation on the state information system of housing and communal services.
