Purpose of inspection: protection of the rights and interests of employees, implementation of a set of measures for federal state supervision of compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms (in connection with information received from a Government agency – the Bryansk Regional Branch of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation) on the payment of wages to employees of Stroykomplex LLC below the minimum amount wages and wages below the subsistence level in the 3rd quarter of 2020), based on the response provided to the warning about the inadmissibility of violations of the requirements of labor legislation (ex. no.32/8-289-21- And dated 02.02.2021), a reasoned submission for an unscheduled documentary inspection at Stroykomplex LLC. The objectives of this audit are:
supervision and control over compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms (detection and suppression of violations by legal entities, their managers and other officials, individual entrepreneurs, and their authorized representatives of the requirements established by the Labor Legislation of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 294 – FZ of December 26, 2008, other Federal laws, as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation containing labor law norms).
