Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to verify the compliance of Dionysus LLC with the instructions of the Interregional Directorate of the Federal Alcohol Market Regulation Service for the Northwestern Federal District dated 15112017 u2118911013. The objectives of this audit are to ensure that Dionys LLC complies with the requirements of art. 14 26 of Federal Law 171FZ dated 22111995 "On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and on restriction of consumption and drinking of alcoholic beverages" hereinafter referred to as Law 171 FZ of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 9, 2012 No. 815 "On the Submission of Declarations on the volume of production, turnover and or Use of ethyl alcohol in alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products on the use of Production facilities on the volume of grapes Harvested and grapes Used for the production of Wine Products" hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 815 of the Administrative Regulations of the Federal Service for regulation of the alcohol market is the state function of monitoring and supervising the submission of declarations on the volume of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol alcoholic and alcohol-containing food products alcoholic and non-food products with an ethyl alcohol content of more than 25 percent of the volume of finished products and on the volume of use of ethyl alcohol for the production of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, hereinafter referred to as the declaration approved by Rosalkogolregulirovanie Order 84 dated April 03, 2014 Hereinafter referred to as Administrative Regulations 84, the subject of this audit is the fulfillment of the instructions of the state control body.
