Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to fulfill the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 18, 2019 DKP9274 and the Order of the Federal Service for Environmental Technological and Nuclear Supervision dated February 01, 2019 448 "On conducting inspections of compliance with mandatory requirements by subjects of the electric power industry, heat supply organizations, heating grid organizations and consumers of electric energy in 2019"The objectives of this audit are to take measures to eliminate violations of mandatory requirements if they are identified and to bring to justice persons who have committed violations of the requirements of Federal laws and other regulatory legal acts. The purpose of this audit is to comply with mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts.
