Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out on the basis of Rosselkhoznadzor Order No. 94 dated 02/01/2021 "On conducting Inspections", issued on the basis of instructions from Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation V.V. Abramchenko dated 01/19/2021 No. 1 and guided by Articles 10 and 14 of Federal Law No. 294-FZ dated 12/26/2008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the Implementation of state control (supervision) and municipal control" in order to verify compliance by business entities with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of pork, storage, production and sale of pork meat and products of their processing.
Objectives: to ensure the epizootic and veterinary-sanitary well-being of the territory of the region, control (supervision) of veterinary safety of products and raw materials of animal origin at all stages of its production, including the purchase, storage, transportation of raw materials and products of animal origin.
Subject: compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts.
