The objectives of this audit are:
to determine the compliance of the activities of LLC UO ROMASHKA-SK with the mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, and to take measures in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in case of violations.
7. The subject of this audit is:
compliance with the mandatory requirements for the placement of information in the state information system of housing and communal services, established by paragraphs 2, 3.1, 11.1, 14 of Section 10 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation No. 74, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 114/pr dated 02/29/2016 "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the state information system of housing and communal services".
