Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to:
execute the order of the Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation dated 30.03.2021 No. 193/pr "On conducting an unscheduled documentary inspection by the State housing supervision authorities of the Subjects of the Russian Federation in respect of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs Managing apartment buildings and (or) performing public utilities (including under contracts on provision of public services concluded by consumers with resource-supplying organizations), specialized non-profit organizations that carry out activities aimed at ensuring major repairs of common property in apartment buildings (hereinafter referred to as regional operators), local governments, as well as legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are the sole owners of premises in an apartment building in cases where such the owners of the premises in an apartment building have not chosen the method of managing an apartment building, or if the decision to choose the method of managing this house has not been implemented, as well as in cases where such owners of the premises have chosen the direct method of managing an apartment building" on the basis of the instruction of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03/22/2021 No. MX-P16-3531.
the objectives of this audit are:
verification of compliance by the Administration of the municipal formation "Lukovetskoye" with the requirements for posting information in the state information system of housing and communal services in order to implement, from 07/01/2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation on housing stock facilities located on the territory of the municipality.
