this audit is conducted in order to:
protect the rights and interests of employees, implement a set of measures for federal state supervision of compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms, (in connection with information received from the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Bryansk Region on the payment of wages to employees of STROYENERGOKOMPLEKT LLC below the minimum wage in 2020, based on a reasoned submission for an unscheduled documentary audit at STROYENERGOKOMPLEKT LLC No.32/8-1928-21- And dated 04/27/2021).
The objectives of this audit are:
supervision and control over compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms (detection and suppression of violations by legal entities, their managers and other officials, individual entrepreneurs, and their authorized representatives of the requirements established by the Labor Legislation of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 294 – FZ of December 26, 2008, other Federal Laws, as well as other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation containing norms of labor law).
