proverka deyatelnosti, deistvii (bezdeistvii) organa mestnogo samoupravleniya i dolzhnostnyh lic mestnogo samoupravleniya, pri kotoryh dolzhny soblyudatsya obyazatelnye trebovaniya v oblasti pozharnoi bezopasnosti, v tom chisle predyavlyaemye k organu mestnogo samoupravleniya i dolzhnostnym licam mestnogo samoupravleniya, osuschestvlyayuschim deyatelnost, deistviya (bezdeistvie) na territorii naselennyh punktov (territorii, zemelnyh uchastkov), kotorymi kontroliruemoe lico vladeet i (ili) polzuetsya i k kotorym predyavlyayutsya trebovaniya pozharnoi bezopasnosti, a takzhe ocenka ih sootvetstviya trebovaniyam pozharnoi bezopasnosti v sootvetstvii s deistvuyuschim zakonodatelstvom Rossiiskoi Federacii.
