Purpose of inspection: this audit is carried out in order to: ensure the placement of complete and reliable information about persons providing housing and communal services, persons providing services and performing major repairs, persons managing apartment buildings in order to implement, from July 1, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159, 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation (as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ dated November 28, 2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation). The objectives of this audit are: prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the requirements for the placement of information in the GIS of housing and communal services provided for by Federal Law No. 209 FZ dated 07/21/2014 "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services";

V compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts;
compliance of the information contained in the notification of the commencement of certain types of entrepreneurial activity with mandatory requirements;
compliance of the information contained in the application and documents of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur for the provision of legal status, special permission (license) for the right to carry out certain types of activities or permission (approval) for other legally significant actions, if conducting an appropriate unscheduled inspection of a legal entity, individual entrepreneur is provided for by the rules for granting legal status, special permission (licenses), the issuance of permits (approval) to mandatory requirements, as well as data on these legal entities and individual entrepreneurs contained in the unified state register of legal entities, the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs and other federal information resources;
