The tasks of the audit
are to prevent, identify and suppress violations of mandatory requirements for the placement of information in the state information system of housing and communal services by persons providing utilities and (or) communal resources in apartment buildings, residential buildings (in order to implement, from July 1, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended Federal Law No. 442-FZ dated November 28, 2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation").
