Purpose of inspection: the purpose of checking the Report of the Limited Liability Company "Laboratory Control", on the elimination of identified inconsistencies in the ex. No. b/n dated 03/11/2021 (ex. no. PFD/388 dated 03/15/2021) and documents attached to the report upon the elimination of identified inconsistencies with the accreditation criteria specified in the Notification on sending the list of inconsistencies with the accreditation criteria based on the results of the provision of public services for the confirmation of competence dated 02/19/2021 No. PFD/207-IZ.
The objectives of this audit are: to establish the fact that the accredited person has eliminated the inconsistencies specified in the Notification on sending the list of inconsistencies to the accreditation criteria based on the results of the provision of public services for the confirmation of competence dated 02/09/2021 No. PFD/207-IZ, including ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of accreditation:
Federal Law No. 412-FZ dated 12/28/2013 "On Accreditation in the National Accreditation System";
Accreditation criteria and a list of documents confirming the applicant's compliance with the accredited person's accreditation criteria approved by Order No. 707 of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated 10/26/2020.
The subject of this audit is compliance with mandatory requirements or requirements established by municipal legal acts, i.e. compliance by an accredited person in the course of carrying out activities with mandatory requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation for the activities of accredited persons;
