The subject of the audit is to verify compliance with the requirements of antimonopoly legislation, including antimonopoly rules and requirements provided for by Federal Law No. 381-FZ dated 12/28/2009 "On the Basics of State Regulation of Trading Activities in the Russian Federation" and Article 11 of Federal Law No. 135-FZ dated 07/26/2006 "On Protection of Competition" for the period from 01.01.2019 to the completion date conducting an inspection.
