Purpose of inspection: An unscheduled inspection is carried out to prevent violations of the rights of citizens and organizations applying for notarial acts to local government officials in order to organize work on notarial acts.
The subject of the unscheduled documentary check is:
a) compliance by the local government body with the requirements of the Fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries when granting local government officials the right to perform notarial acts;
b) organization of work on the performance of notarial acts;
c) execution by local government officials of the Rules of notarial record keeping approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Russia dated 04/16/2014 No. 78;
d) compliance by local government officials with the legislation of the Russian Federation when performing notarial acts.
e) compliance by local government officials with the requirements of the Basic Legislation on the notary office on the circle of persons for whom they have the right to perform notarial acts.
