Egorov dated 30.03.2021 No. 193/pr "On conducting an unscheduled documentary inspection the bodies of state housing supervision of the subjects of the Russian Federation in relation to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who manage apartment buildings and (or) are performers of public utilities (including under contracts for the provision of public services concluded by consumers with resource-supplying organizations), specialized non-profit organizations that carry out activities aimed at ensuring the overhaul of the general property in apartment buildings (hereinafter referred to as regional operators), local governments.
