Purpose of inspection: The purpose is to verify the fulfillment of the order of the Agency for State Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects of the Udmurt Republic dated 02/17/2017 No. 1 on the organization by 08/01/2020 of the following works to preserve the cultural heritage object in accordance with art. 45 of Federal Law No. 73-FZ and orders of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation dated 06/05/2015 No. 1749, dated 10/21/2015 No. 2526, 06/24/2016 , No. 1437 of the order:-roof repair;- replacement of old utilities;
The tasks are to prevent, identify and suppress violations of the requirements of Federal Law No. 73-FZ dated 06/25/2002 "On Cultural Heritage Sites (Historical and Cultural Monuments) of the Peoples of the Russian Federation" in the maintenance and use of cultural heritage sites (historical and cultural monuments) of regional significance "Monument of Civil Architecture – "Red Hospital". 1902-1906 Architect T.A.Charushin";
