Purpose of inspection: Purpose: implementation of state construction supervision during the construction of the specified capital construction facility, in connection with the notification received from 02.12.2020 No. NG/P-EX/2020-71 (ex. No. 362/26834 dated 04.12.2020) from the developer, on the completion of the construction of the capital construction facility. The purpose of this audit is to prevent and suppress violations of legislation on urban planning activities, as well as the requirements of project documentation.
The subject of this review is:
1. Verification of compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of design documentation, including energy efficiency requirements and requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used;
2. Checking for a building permit;
3. Verification of compliance with the requirements established by Parts 2, 3 and 3_1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation dated 12/29/2004 No. 190-FZ.
