Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted as part of the provision of public services for licensing educational activities. This audit is conducted to review the application of the head of the organization dated 28052018 for a license to conduct educational activities. The objectives of this audit are to establish the availability and compliance of licensing requirements for facilities necessary for educational activities, buildings, structures, premises and territories necessary for educational activities, material and technical support for educational activities. The subject of this inspection is the condition of the premises buildings structures technical facilities equipment of other facilities that are supposed to be used in the implementation of educational activities and the availability of employees necessary for the implementation of educational activities in order to assess the compliance of such facilities and employees with licensing requirements.
