Purpose of inspection: Verification of the completeness and reliability of the placement of information provided for in paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1, 11.1, 14 of Section 10 of Order No. 74 of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation No. 114/pr dated 02/29/2016 "On Approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by Information Providers in the State information system of housing and communal services" (hereinafter – Order No. 74/114/pr).
The objectives of this audit are: verification of compliance by the management organization with mandatory requirements for the placement of information in the State Information System of housing and Communal Services (hereinafter – GIS housing and communal services).
The subject of this audit is: verification of compliance with the mandatory requirements for the placement of information in the GIS of housing and communal services, established by paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1, 11.1, 14 of Section 10 of Order No. 74/114/pr in relation to apartment buildings.
