• State control of the quality and safety of medical activities through an audit:
- compliance by state authorities of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies, state extra-budgetary funds, medical organizations and pharmaceutical organizations, as well as individual entrepreneurs engaged in medical and pharmaceutical activities, with the rights of citizens in the field of public health protection, including accessibility for disabled infrastructure facilities and services provided in this area;
