Purpose of inspection: This inspection is conducted for the purpose of: implementation of regional state construction supervision in the Smolensk region, in accordance with the inspection program dated December 07, 2021;
The subject of this inspection is the inspection:
– compliance of the work performed and the construction materials and products used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements approved by the developer, the technical customer, the person responsible for the operation of the building, structure, or the regional operator of the project documentation and (or) information model (if the formation and maintenance of information models are mandatory);
– compliance with the requirement for a construction permit, as well as the parameters of the capital construction facility under construction, specified in the construction permit;
– membership in a self-regulatory organization in the field of construction;
– ensuring the conservation of the capital construction facility, if necessary, the termination of work or their suspension for more than six months;
– requirements for the procedure for carrying out construction control established by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts.
