Purpose of inspection: In order to assess the compliance of activities carried out at the Facility with the requirements of urban planning legislation of the Russian Federation, legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of environmental protection, fire safety requirements and sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, project documentation. The purpose of this audit is to prevent, identify and suppress violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation and project documentation.
The subject of this audit is compliance:
1) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials and products used in the process of construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter – GsK RF) (including taking into account the changes made to working documentation and which, in accordance with Part 1.3 of Article 52 of the GsK of the Russian Federation, are part of such project documentation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the GsK of the Russian Federation);
2) requirements for a construction permit;
3) the requirements established by Parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
4) the requirements established by Part 4 of Article 52 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation to ensure the conservation of the capital construction facility;
5) requirements for the procedure for the implementation of construction control established by the GSK of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts.
