Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out in order to exercise the powers to exercise licensing control provided for in Article 232 of Federal Law No. 171 FZ of November 22, 1995 "On State Regulation of the Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and on Limiting the Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages" (hereinafter referred to as Federal Law No. 171 FZ) on the basis of an application from the organization dated June 26, 2017, incoming number 1056GCC for the issuance of licenses for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the provision of catering services for a period of one 1 yearthe objectives of the audit are to verify that the license applicant complies with the licensing requirements and conditions for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the provision of catering services in a separate subdivision specified in paragraph 2 of the Order.
