Purpose of inspection: The purpose of this audit is to establish compliance with the licensee's non-compliance with mandatory licensing requirements and non-compliance by the licensee in the process of carrying out security activities with mandatory licensing requirements. The objectives of this audit are to identify and prevent violations by a legal entity and officials of the requirements of regulatory legal acts regulating private security activities, to take measures to prevent, suppress and eliminate the consequences of violations of the requirements provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, and to ensure control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The subject of this audit is to establish that the licensee's non-compliance with mandatory licensing requirements in the course of security activities is consistent with the inconsistency of information about the licensee submitted by the latter to the licensing authority with the mandatory licensing requirements specified in the Law of the Russian Federation of 11031992 g 24871 "On Private detective and security activities in the Russian Federation" Regulations on Licensing Rules for the notification by a private security organization of internal affairs bodies about the beginning or end of the provision of security services and changes in the composition of the founders and participants approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 498 dated 23062011
