The objectives of this audit are: control (supervision) of activities related to the maintenance, breeding and slaughter of pigs, storage, production and sale of pork and its processed products, as well as unscheduled inspections of pig farms,
organizations engaged in pig slaughter, processing and storage of pig products responsible for the III and IV compartments, for compliance with the criteria compartmentalization in the territory of the Republic of Khakassia.
