Purpose of inspection: in order to fulfill p10 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated September 19, 2018 DKP9166pr on conducting inspections for compliance with legislation in the field of waste management in respect of organizations whose activities result in spent steel pipes of oil and gas pipelines classified as waste of hazard classes IV and organizations engaged in the collection storage neutralization and disposal of such waste as well as the identification of industrial territories the sites where the disposal, storage and renovation of such pipes is carried out and ensuring control over the operation of such territories as objects that have a significant negative impact on the environment, the objectives of this audit are to identify violations of the requirements established by federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted in accordance with them, laws and other regulatory legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation or requirements their prevention and taking measures compliance with mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts
