Purpose of inspection: This inspection is conducted in order to comply with legislation in the field of consumer protection, sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population and technical regulation based on the order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Human Welfare "On conducting unscheduled inspections of legal entities engaged in the production and turnover of sparkling wines, champagne, cognac and brandy" dated 17102017 943 issued in order to implement the Government's instructions Of the Russian Federation dated 28092017 AHP1154pr, the objectives of this audit are to establish the compliance of the activities of the subject of the audit with the mandatory requirements of sanitary legislation technical regulation and consumer protection of the Russian Federation when violations of the above-mentioned legislation are detected in the activities of the person being audited, to establish the causes leading to violations of the laws of the Russian Federation in the field of sanitation consumer protection and technical regulation, and to develop proposals for taking measures to eliminate the identified violations of compliance with mandatory requirements
