Grounds for conducting an unscheduled inspection: appeal of the Regional Public Organization for Consumer Protection Rubezh (order No. 50 dated 05/28/2021) with an appendix (decision of the Kuntsevsky District Court of Moscow dated 10/27/2020);
reasoned submission dated 06/09/2021 № 04/09-2/2 by the head of the department (inspection) in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Udmurt Republic of the PMTU Rosstandart, who reviewed the appeal of a legal entity with information about the possible release into circulation of cable products, the confirmation of which was carried out in violation of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 004/2011 "On the safety of low-voltage equipment".
