Purpose of inspection: - implementation of regional state construction supervision on the basis of the inspection program, notification of the start of construction;
- the objectives of this audit are: prevention, detection and suppression of violations of legislation on urban planning activities and project documentation committed by the developer, the customer, as well as by the person carrying out construction on the basis of a contract with the developer or the customer.
7. The subject of this audit is: to verify the compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the design documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used; compliance with the requirements of Parts 2, 3, 3.1 art. 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, elimination of violations identified during the implementation of construction control and state construction supervision, inspection programs, registration and submission of executive documentation.
