Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to comply with orders No. 93 of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance dated February 1, 2021 and No. 1 of February 1, 2021, pursuant to instructions from Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation V.V. Abramchenko (minutes of the videoconference meeting of the Permanent Antiepizootic Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 2021). The subject of this review is:
- compliance with mandatory requirements;
- carrying out measures to prevent harm to life, health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, and the environment;
The objectives of this review are:
- implementation of control and supervisory powers in accordance with the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation V.V. Abramchenko (minutes of the videoconference meeting of the Permanent Antiepizootic Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 19, 2021 No. 1).
- measures to monitor compliance with the requirements for the storage and disposal of biological waste;
- ensuring epizootic well-being on the territory of the Russian Federation and protecting its territory from the penetration and spread of animal diseases common to humans and animals, preventing the import of low-quality and dangerous veterinary and sanitary products.
