Purpose of inspection: This check is carried out within the framework of the state phytosanitary control (supervision), there is no registration number of the function in the federal state information system "Federal Register of State and Municipal Services (Functions)".
To establish that: this inspection is carried out in order to: determine the conformity of premises, buildings, structures, equipment used at the quarantined facility and ensuring the performance of quarantine phytosanitary disinfection using the thermal method with the information specified in the documents submitted with the application of Greenbox LLC for a license to perform quarantine phytosanitary disinfection using the thermal method (ex. no. FS-944 dated 01/15/2021, ex. no. 408 dated 01/28/2021).
The objectives of this audit are:
to assess compliance with the mandatory requirements of Greenbox LLC's plant quarantine activities, to establish compliance of the license applicant with the licensing requirements and conditions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
