Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to identify and prevent violations of the requirements of current legislation on the production, processing, storage and sale of milk and dairy products on the basis of Rosselkhoznadzor Order No. 388DSP dated 16042019 issued pursuant to the instructions of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation AV Gordeev dated 03042019 AGP112558 and Paragraph 3 part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 294FZ dated 26122008 "On protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the implementation of state control supervision and municipal control"the objectives of this audit are to assess compliance with mandatory requirements in the implementation of LLC Ecoprom activities for the production, processing, storage and sale of milk and dairy products7 The subject of this audit is to note the necessary compliance with mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts
