Compliance by the licensee with the conditions stipulated by the licenses for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages and the retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the provision of catering services;
Compliance of the licensee with the licensing requirements established in accordance with the provisions of Articles 19, 20 of Federal Law No. 171-FZ.
