Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted with the aim of:
protecting the rights and interests of employees, implementing a set of measures for federal state supervision of compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law standards (in connection with information received from the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Bryansk Region on the payment of wages to employees of KONTINENT-AGRO LLC below the minimum wage in 2020, based on a reasoned submission for an unscheduled documentary audit at KONTINENT-AGRO LLC No.32/8-1756-21- And dated 04/16/2021).
The objectives of this audit are:
supervision and control over compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms (identification and the suppression of violations by legal entities, their managers and other officials, individual entrepreneurs, and their authorized representatives of the requirements established by the Labor Legislation of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 294 – FZ of December 26, 2008, other Federal laws, as well as other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation containing labor law norms).
