Purpose of inspection: this inspection is carried out in order to verify the information specified in the statement of the Deputy head of the freight and commercial work Service of the Gorky Territorial Center for Branded Transport Services of the branch of JSC Russian Railways, AYU Berdnikov vh 122541 dated 15062018 and the reasoned submission of the Senior State Inspector of the Department of Supervision of Dangerous Goods, Emergencies, Fire and Industrial Safety, EV Savanin dated 02082018. From the reasoned submission, it follows that carrying out loading and unloading activities in relation to dangerous goods on railway transport without an appropriate license can lead to emergencies, transport accidents and pose a threat to the life and health of citizens, as well as harm to animals, plants and the environment. The objectives of this audit are to verify compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of traffic safety and operation of railway rolling stock, taking measures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation measures to prevent and or eliminate the consequences of identified violations to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, the environment, cultural heritage sites, historical and cultural monuments of the peoples of the Russian Federation, museum objects and museum collections included in the Museum Fund of the Russian Federation, especially valuable, including unique documents of the Archival Fund of the Russian Federation, documents of special historical, scientific and cultural significance the value of being a part of the National Library Fund
