Purpose of inspection: This check is carried out in order to:
implementation of state control (supervision) on the basis of the order of the Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare No. 45 dated 02/15/2021 "On quality and Safety control of alcoholic and alcohol-containing products", issued in accordance with the instruction of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02/06/2021 № DG-P13-1309.
The objectives of this review are:
Prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the sanitary legislation of the Russian Federation, the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of quality assurance and food safety.

- compliance with mandatory requirements and (or) requirements established by municipal legal acts;
- compliance of the information contained in the notification of the commencement of certain types of business activities with the mandatory requirements;
compliance of the information contained in the application and documents of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur for granting legal status, special permission (license) for the right to carry out certain types of activities or permission (approval) for other legally significant actions, if an appropriate unscheduled inspection of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur is provided for by the rules for granting legal status, special permission (licenses), the issuance of permits (approval) to mandatory requirements, as well as data on these legal entities and individual entrepreneurs contained in the unified State Register of Legal Entities, the unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs and other federal information resources;
