Purpose of inspection: In order to comply with the Order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare dated 08072019 458 "On conducting unscheduled on-site inspections of compliance with the rules for the sale of certain types of goods regarding the placement of dairy dairy composite and milk-containing products" in respect of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs issued in accordance with Paragraph 3, Part 2 of Article 10 of the Federal Law No. 294 FZ dated 26122008 "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the exercise of State Control, Supervision and Municipal Control" The objectives of this audit are to comply with the requirements of paragraph 33 1 of the Rules for the Sale of Certain Types of Goods approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 19011998 regarding the placement of dairy dairy composite and dairy-containing products. The subject of this audit is the activity of a legal entity to comply with the requirements of paragraph 331 of the Rules for the Sale of certain Types of Goods approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 1901199855 regarding the placement of dairy dairy composite and milk-containing products
