Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to comply with Rostechnadzor Order No. 85 dated March 15, 2017 "On inspections of organizations operating Tower cranes" based on the instruction of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation AG Khloponin dated February 8, 2017 AHP9682 "On the organization and conduct of unscheduled inspections of organizations operating Tower cranes from 2017 to 2019" by the objectives of this inspection These are the prevention detection and suppression of violations of mandatory requirements established by federal laws and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of industrial safety and technical regulation of mandatory requirements the adoption of measures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation to prevent and or eliminate the consequences of identified violations compliance with mandatory requirements in the course of carrying out activities compliance with mandatory industrial safety requirements in the design construction operation conservation and elimination of hazardous production facilities manufacturing installation commissioning maintenance and repair of technical devices for lifting cranes used at hazardous production facilities compliance with the specified requirements of the buildings, facilities, equipment and materials used, as well as requirements for machinery and equipment and related operating and disposal processes
