Purpose of inspection: this check is carried out in order to verify the arguments indicated in the appeal received on 05/13/2021 (O42-307/21) and containing information about the improper provision of dental medical care, which entails a threat to harm the health of citizens, as well as to consider the reasoned submission of an official of the Territorial Body of Roszdravnadzor in the Kemerovo region-Kuzbass dated 05/24/2021 on the need for conducting an unscheduled on-site inspection.
The objectives of this review are:- prevention, detection and suppression of violations by state authorities and local self-government bodies, state extra-budgetary funds, as well as organizations and individual entrepreneurs engaged in medical and pharmaceutical activities, of the requirements for ensuring the quality and safety of medical activities established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on public health protection (hereinafter referred to as mandatory requirements), and the adoption of those provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation measures to prevent and/or eliminate the consequences of violations of mandatory requirements.- prevention, detection, and suppression of violations of licensing requirements established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 04/16/2012 No. 291 "On Licensing medical activities (with the exception of these activities carried out by medical organizations and other organizations belonging to the private healthcare system on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center)" and the adoption of measures provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation to prevent and (or) elimination of consequences of violation of mandatory requirements.
