b) building permit requirements;
c) the requirements established by parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Code;
d) the requirements established by part 4 of Article 52 of the Code to ensure the conservation of the capital construction facility;
e) requirements for the procedure for carrying out construction control established by the Code and other regulatory legal acts.
