Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to: verify information about violations of industrial safety requirements that pose a threat to human life and health, permitted by BYUNA LLC when operating at the address: 396023, Airport territory, Ramonsky district, Voronezh Region, contained in an appeal from a resident of Voronezh, received by the Verkhne-Donskoy Rostechnadzor Department from Russian Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Order No. 14-00-06/232 dated 02/10/2021), motivated presentation by I.V. Russkikh, State Inspector of the Department for Supervision of the Design of Chemically hazardous Production Facilities, Hazardous Production Facilities of the Chemical and Petrochemical Industries and the manufacture of equipment of the Verkhne-Donskoy Rostechnadzor Department, dated 03/04/2021.
