Purpose of inspection: To establish that this audit is carried out in order to ensure the placement of complete and reliable information in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services by Onyx Management Company LLC
The purpose of this audit is to:
identify and suppress violations of Onyx Management Company LLC, including by its officials, of the requirements for posting information in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services;
supervision (control) of compliance with licensing requirements;
Taking measures to eliminate the identified violations.
The subject of this audit is the measures taken by Onyx Management Company LLC to comply with licensing requirements for the implementation of entrepreneurial activities for the management of apartment buildings, to comply with the requirements for placement in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services, established by paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1, 11.1, 14 of Section 10 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation No. 74, the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 114/pr dated 02/29/2016 "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the State information System of Housing and Communal Services" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation No. 42350 dated May 30, 2016).
