Subject: fulfillment by ZDK Polyus LLC of Regulation No.pr/923/d/POR-20 dated 06/09/2020 "On the elimination of identified violations of mandatory requirements":
- the types and volumes of work on prospecting and evaluation of mineral deposits have not been completed, the timing of their implementation is determined by projects approved in accordance with the established procedure for the geological study of subsurface (AND 01272 BR);
- a report on the results of work on the object of geological exploration at the placer gold deposit (AND 01272 BR) stream has not been provided. Smoky, lev. R. Karalvey Ave., in the range of R.L. 0-51 (Deadline for submitting the report is Q4 2017).
