Verification of compliance of the work performed and the construction materials used during the construction of a capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with Parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation (subject to changes made to the project documentation in accordance with parts 3.8 and 3.9 of Article 49 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation) and (or) an information model (if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation), including energy efficiency requirements (with the exception of capital construction facilities that are not subject to energy efficiency requirements) and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for the energy used resources (all acts (regulations, notices) on the elimination of violations (deficiencies) identified during the implementation of regional state construction supervision are subject to verification).
7.2. Meeting the requirements set out in Parts 2, 3 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
